Portland 12 Residential leases and manages affordable and supportive housing units in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx blending accommodations with extensive services.

We provide permanent and scatter-site housing for New Yorkers, particularly those with a background of homelessness and special needs, helping individuals develop skills for independent living.

Winsome McDermott Is a Board Member and a Licensed Social Worker and has a Masters’ Degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Mental Health Services from Columbia University.

Yedaiah’s House, Inc. (YHI) was born out of the necessity of addressing the social and housing needs of those who are displaced and in need.

It is this commitment at the very top of themorganizational structure that drives how homeless persons are handled – with utmost respect.

Focusing on supportive housing, Portland 12 aims to enhance the city by creating secure and affordable housing options. We rely on successful public-private collaborations, and we promote inclusive and fair opportunities by working closely with our non-profit partners.
